Common questions
How does A.R.X. work?
A.R.X. connects clients and studios with independent creators. Creators share their work and set their prices. You contact each other directly and agree on the scope, payment and delivery.
Is A.R.X. only for Roblox commissions?
Roblox is our focus, including modeling, scripting, animation, VFX and music. Creators can also offer skills suited to other games and general 3D projects.
What does profile verification mean?
Profile verification means A.R.X. has reviewed and approved the profile for public discovery. It is separate from a skills assessment and does not guarantee a project outcome. Check portfolios, terms and relevant experience before hiring.
Does A.R.X. take a commission?
A.R.X. does not take a percentage of your project. Creators set their own prices and you pay them directly. Any optional paid platform services are separate from your commission.
Who handles payments and refunds?
Payments and refunds are agreed directly between you and the creator. Discuss milestones, revisions, cancellation and refund terms before starting work.
How should I choose a creator?
Review their portfolio, experience and reviews. Discuss your brief and expected delivery date. Profile approval, community feedback and any skills assessment are different signals, so consider each in context.
