A.R.X. for Discord Communities

Help your members find
their next collaboration.

Bring reviewed Roblox creator profiles and commission listings into organised Discord directories, with links back to the full portfolio or project on A.R.X.

Website → Discord publishing is available

Use a regular A.R.X. account to connect Discord, choose your server and invite the bot. Owners choose feeds, staff roles, approval rules and posting limits in the community dashboard. New communities need A.R.X. approval before a layout can be built. Voluntary submissions through /arx post are available to eligible members where the server has enabled them; wider rollout still needs pilot checks.

Three places to find the right people.

Developers

Reviewed creator profiles, organised by discipline. Members follow a profile link to see selected work, contributions, services and availability.

Clients

Public client, studio, team and investor profiles. Show who is looking for creators, what they are interested in and how they prefer to work.

Commissions

Approved Hiring briefs and For Hire services, with scope, budget or starting price and a link to the listing. Applications and project discussions stay on A.R.X.

Available in the configured integration

Public website content in Discord.

  • Approved public profiles and listings are shared only within the author’s chosen sharing scope and the destination server’s rules.
  • Changes update existing directory posts; closed or withdrawn listings are removed.
  • Directory hubs and feeds keep the content organised without automatically adding members to threads or mentioning them.
  • Members can link their Discord account for managed verification and discipline roles.
  • Public Discord identity and optional private activity notifications have separate member controls.
Controlled community pilot

Start with a small, useful feed.

  • Choose destinations, disciplines, listing types, budget rules and posting limits in the console.
  • Require staff approval for incoming listings, or use automatic review when the configured rules allow it.
  • Keep incoming feeds and outgoing member submissions on separate controls.
  • Eligible members can start a private listing draft with /arx post when outgoing submissions are enabled. They choose the sharing scope before submission.
  • Normal channel messages are never imported. Local review and A.R.X. publication review still apply where required.

Only approved public website content belongs in directory feeds. Draft profiles, private messages, applications, quotes, files and account details are excluded. A linked Discord account stays hidden unless its owner chooses to display it.

Your community keeps control.

Feeds & rules

Choose incoming feeds, outgoing submissions, categories, minimum budgets, required details, posting limits and cooldowns separately. Start with the smallest feed that serves your members.

Approved staff

The owner and A.R.X. operator can assign manager and reviewer roles. Managers configure community policies; reviewers handle local moderation. Each action checks current server access. Administrator access for the bot is not required.

Local moderation

Use Incoming reviews to approve, reject or remove listings locally. Written community rules require local review. Author and source-server blocks stop unwanted entries; reports let A.R.X. review a wider network concern. A.R.X. approval never overrides your server’s rules.

Author sharing choices

Authors choose website only, A.R.X. Discord, or participating communities. Each listing can override its default. Turning sharing off removes Discord copies while keeping the website listing. Public Discord identity and private notifications have separate controls.

Pause or leave

Pause incoming feeds or outgoing submissions from the console. Review existing destinations and posts with your team before removing the integration. A pause does not mean existing channels or posts have been deleted.
