These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the A.R.X. Roblox Commissions website, platform, profiles, services, and related features.
By creating an account, submitting a profile, browsing creators, contacting users, purchasing services, or using the website in any way, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the platform.

- What A.R.X. Is
A.R.X. Roblox Commissions is an online platform that helps connect independent creators, developers, artists, scripters, animators, VFX creators, sound designers, musicians, studios, and clients.
The platform allows creators to showcase their work and allows clients or studios to find and contact them directly.
A.R.X. provides the platform only. We do not act as an agency, employer, recruiter, payment processor, escrow provider, project manager, or legal representative for either side.
- Direct Agreements Between Users
Any commission, project, job, collaboration, payment, delivery, deadline, revision, refund, ownership agreement, licensing agreement, or other arrangement is made directly between the client and the creator.
A.R.X. is not a party to those agreements.
Users are fully responsible for agreeing on:
project scope
price
payment method
deadlines
revisions
ownership and usage rights
refunds
delivery format
communication method
any tax, business, or legal obligations
A.R.X. is not responsible for failed projects, unpaid invoices, chargebacks, disputes, poor communication, missed deadlines, unsatisfactory work, or any loss caused by agreements made between users.
- No Platform Commission
A.R.X. does not take a percentage or commission from projects arranged between users.
Creators set their own prices and clients pay creators directly.
A.R.X. may charge separate fees for optional platform features, memberships, promotion, reviews, consulting, profile optimization, quality checks, or other services provided directly by A.R.X.
- User Accounts
To access certain features, users may need to create an account.
You agree to provide accurate information when registering and to keep your login details secure.
You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.
You must not:
create fake accounts
impersonate another person or company
use another person’s work without permission
submit stolen, misleading, or fake portfolio content
spam users
abuse the messaging system
attempt to bypass moderation
use the platform for illegal activity
A.R.X. may suspend or remove accounts that violate these Terms.
- Age Requirements
You must be legally able to use this platform and enter into agreements in your country.
Users under 18 should only use the platform with permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian, especially when discussing paid work, commissions, contracts, or payments.
A.R.X. may restrict paid services, memberships, invoicing, or certain account features to users of any age.
If you are under the age required to consent to personal data processing in your country, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
- Creator Profiles
Creators may create profiles containing information such as:
username or display name
description
skills
portfolio images
videos
external portfolio links
pricing information
availability
contact information
tags
social links
Creator profiles may require manual approval before becoming publicly visible.
A.R.X. may reject, hide, edit, request changes to, or remove profiles that do not meet platform standards.
Reasons may include, but are not limited to:
low-quality or incomplete profile
stolen or misleading work
spam content
inappropriate content
broken or unsafe links
false claims
unclear pricing or misleading descriptions
violation of these Terms
Approval does not mean A.R.X. guarantees the creator’s work, reliability, legal status, or future behavior.
- Verification and Platform Tags
A.R.X. may provide verification levels, badges, tags, or profile indicators.
These may include, for example:
Approved
Verified
Premium Developer
Top Creator
Reliable
Fast Delivery
Good Communication
Missed Deadlines
Slow Response
Project Issues Reported
Verification and tags are assigned at A.R.X.’s discretion based on available information, profile quality, user history, feedback, platform activity, or manual review.
Verification does not guarantee that a creator will complete work successfully, meet deadlines, or satisfy every client.
A.R.X. may remove or change verification, badges, or tags at any time.
Users must not falsely claim to be verified, endorsed, partnered, employed, or officially approved by A.R.X. unless such status is shown on their profile by A.R.X.
- Reviews and Feedback
A.R.X. may allow users to leave reviews, ratings, feedback, reports, or internal notes after commissions or interactions.
Reviews and feedback must be honest, relevant, and based on real experiences.
You must not submit fake reviews, revenge reviews, manipulated ratings, spam, harassment, or misleading claims.
A.R.X. may remove, hide, edit, or reject feedback that appears false, abusive, irrelevant, defamatory, or harmful to the integrity of the platform.
A.R.X. may use repeated feedback patterns to assign public tags or moderation actions.
- Messaging and Communication
A.R.X. may provide on-site messaging or allow users to contact each other through external platforms such as Discord, email, or portfolio websites.
Users are responsible for their own communication and agreements.
You must not use messaging or contact features to:
harass others
send spam
scam users
send malicious links
impersonate others
request illegal work
share harmful files
bypass platform rules
A.R.X. may review reports of abusive communication and may restrict or remove users when necessary.
- External Links
Profiles may contain links to external websites such as portfolios, ArtStation pages, Discord servers, social profiles, or personal websites.
A.R.X. is not responsible for external websites, files, downloads, messages, payments, malware, scams, or content outside our platform.
Users should be careful before clicking external links, downloading files, or sending payments.
A.R.X. may remove links that appear unsafe, misleading, malicious, illegal, or unrelated to the platform.
- Payments Between Users
A.R.X. does not currently process, hold, guarantee, refund, or manage payments between clients and creators.
All payments are arranged directly between the users involved.
Users are responsible for choosing safe payment methods and agreeing on payment terms before work begins.
A.R.X. recommends that users clearly agree on:
upfront payments
milestones
partial payments
delivery requirements
refund conditions
ownership rights
deadlines
revision limits
A.R.X. is not responsible for unpaid work, payment disputes, refunds, chargebacks, scams, or failed transactions between users.
- Paid Services Provided by A.R.X.
A.R.X. may offer optional paid services such as:
profile optimization
portfolio review
quality review
project planning
creator matching
consulting
tutorials
courses
promotional features
memberships
Paid services are separate from direct commissions between users.
Prices, descriptions, delivery times, and included features will be shown before purchase.
Billing information may be required for invoicing or legal compliance.
A.R.X. may refuse or cancel a paid service if the request is abusive, illegal, inappropriate, impossible to complete, or outside the service scope.
- Memberships and Promotional Features
A.R.X. may offer optional memberships or paid platform features.
Memberships may provide benefits such as increased exposure opportunities, analytics, profile features, priority review, or access to certain platform tools.
Paid membership does not guarantee:

clients
income
verification
top ranking
profile approval
positive tags
successful projects
A.R.X. may change, add, remove, or adjust membership features over time.
If memberships are subscription-based, renewal, cancellation, and billing details will be shown at checkout.
- Refunds for A.R.X. Services
Refund rules for paid A.R.X. services will depend on the type of service purchased.
Unless otherwise stated at checkout:
digital services that have already started may not be refundable
completed reviews, consultations, reports, profile work, or custom services may not be refundable
duplicate or mistaken purchases may be reviewed case by case
subscription cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically refund previous billing periods
Nothing in this section limits any mandatory consumer rights that may apply under Slovenian or EU law.
- User Responsibilities and Legal Compliance
Users are responsible for complying with all laws that apply to them, including tax, business, consumer, employment, copyright, contract, and payment laws.
Creators are responsible for determining whether they need to register a business, issue invoices, declare income, pay taxes, or comply with local rules.
Clients are responsible for ensuring they can legally hire, pay, and use delivered work.
A.R.X. does not provide legal, tax, accounting, financial, or employment advice.
Any information provided on the platform is general information only.
- Intellectual Property
Users must only upload or submit content they own or have permission to use.
By uploading content to A.R.X., you confirm that:
you have the right to upload it
it does not infringe someone else’s rights
it is not stolen or falsely presented
it does not violate Roblox, platform, or third-party rules
You keep ownership of your own content.
By uploading content, you give A.R.X. permission to display it on the platform for profile, discovery, moderation, promotional, and platform-related purposes.
A.R.X. may remove content that appears stolen, infringing, illegal, inappropriate, or misleading.
- Roblox Disclaimer
A.R.X. Roblox Commissions is an independent platform.
A.R.X. is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected to Roblox Corporation.
“Roblox” and related names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
Users are responsible for following Roblox’s terms, rules, marketplace rules, intellectual property rules, and community standards when creating or commissioning work related to Roblox.
- KW Studio and Other Partners
A.R.X. may feature partners, resources, assets, or external platforms, including KW Studio.
Partner content may be shown for convenience, discovery, or collaboration.
Unless clearly stated otherwise, partner platforms are independent from A.R.X.
A.R.X. is not responsible for partner sales, licensing, payments, refunds, downloads, external accounts, or third-party content.
Users should review the terms and policies of any external partner before making purchases or using their services.
- Prohibited Content and Conduct
You must not use A.R.X. to post, share, request, promote, or arrange:
illegal services
stolen assets
malware or harmful files
phishing links
scams
harassment
hate content
sexual content involving minors
threats or intimidation
impersonation
fake portfolios
fake reviews
spam
content that violates Roblox rules or third-party rights
attempts to avoid moderation or platform restrictions
A.R.X. may remove content or accounts that violate these rules.
- Moderation and Account Removal
A.R.X. may moderate the platform to protect quality, safety, and trust.
We may:
approve or reject profiles
hide profiles
remove content
assign or remove tags
suspend accounts
ban users
restrict messaging
investigate reports
request additional proof
remove unsafe links
We are not required to publish every profile or explain every moderation decision in detail.
However, users may contact support if they believe a decision was made by mistake.
- Platform Availability
A.R.X. may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the platform at any time.
We do not guarantee that the website will always be available, error-free, secure, uninterrupted, or compatible with every device or browser.
We may perform maintenance, updates, security changes, or feature changes when needed.
- Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, A.R.X. is not liable for:
user disputes
failed commissions
missed deadlines
unpaid work
refunds between users
scams by users
external links
loss of income
loss of data
business interruption
reputational damage
indirect or consequential losses
content uploaded by users
actions taken outside the platform
A.R.X.’s responsibility is limited to operating the platform and any paid services purchased directly from A.R.X.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where it cannot legally be excluded.
- Privacy and Personal Data
A.R.X. processes personal data according to its Privacy Policy.
Personal data may be collected for account creation, profile operation, moderation, communication, billing, invoicing, security, legal compliance, and platform improvement.
Billing information may be required when purchasing memberships or paid services.
Users have rights regarding their personal data under applicable data protection laws.

- Changes to These Terms
A.R.X. may update these Terms from time to time.
If changes are important, we may notify users through the website, email, notices, or account notifications.
Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
- Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Slovenia, unless mandatory consumer protection rules in another country apply.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be handled by the competent courts or dispute resolution bodies according to applicable law.
