Discord integration and community feeds
These Terms also cover Arxcomms Service Bot and A.R.X. website feeds in participating Discord communities. Approved public profiles and commission listings may appear in designated A.R.X. and participating community channels, currently including KW Studio, with links back to the website, according to the author’s sharing choice and the receiving server’s rules. Manage profiles, listings and sharing choices through the website; publication and updates remain subject to applicable review requirements.
Sharing is voluntary. Choose website only, A.R.X. Discord, or participating communities in Discord connection; each listing can override its default. Without a sharing choice, content stays website-only. Showing your linked Discord identity and receiving private activity notifications are separate choices. Turning sharing off requests removal of Discord copies while keeping the website listing.
Where a server has enabled member submissions, eligible members can create a structured draft with /arx post and choose website plus the originating server, or website plus participating communities. Normal chat messages are not imported as listings. Local staff review, A.R.X. publication review and receiving-community rules apply where required. Authorised community staff may approve, reject or remove content locally and apply author or source blocks; A.R.X. approval does not override those rules.
You keep ownership of your content. For content you submit for public publication through these features, you permit A.R.X. to reproduce and display the approved public content and associated preview images in the connected feeds, solely to operate and promote that profile or listing. You must hold the necessary rights and must not submit confidential information or another person’s personal information without a lawful basis. This permission does not make private drafts, messages or support records public.
You may request withdrawal or removal through the website’s available controls or Support. Synchronization is not instantaneous and depends on Discord availability and channel permissions. We cannot recall screenshots or independent copies made by other users. Feed placement, profile approval and partner participation do not guarantee work, payment, reliability or endorsement by a partner.
In the A.R.X. server, enabled automated moderation may remove messages, warn, time out or ban accounts for rule violations such as prohibited promotion or spam raids. Automated detection can make mistakes. Contact the server owner or Support with the case reference to request human review. KW Studio retains its own moderation; our custom automod is not enabled there.
Use of Discord features is also subject to Discord’s Terms of Service, Community Guidelines and the applicable server rules. These Terms do not override Discord’s terms or your mandatory legal rights. Partner communities are independently operated, and commission agreements remain between the users involved. Data processing, recipients, retention and deletion requests are explained in our Privacy Policy’s Discord section.
