Build your profile

Create a clear profile, show your contribution and submit it for review. Add seller connections when you have assets to share.

Practical steps · Updated 5 October 2026

01

Start with the essentials

Sign in and open My profile. Choose Continue profile setup to jump to a missing requirement, or Edit profile to browse the editor. The checklist opens each field directly.

In Overview, add your name, introduction and profile picture. In Work details, describe your specialties, prices, availability, languages or hiring preferences. Explain what you make or the kind of work you hire for.

Investors can choose Client as their account type and Investor under Client roles. Add investment interests, budget and timing where useful.

Only setting up a Discord community? A regular account is enough. You do not need a creator or client profile. Follow the community guide.

02

Show your work and contribution

Open Portfolio → Add project. Add a clear title and description, relevant images, video or audio, and a public experience or website link when useful. Explain your own contribution and credit collaborators.

Choose a cover and put your strongest work first. Media is optional for profile completion; only share work you have permission to publish. Use Links → Add link for labelled external links.

You can add Roblox game links to projects. Optional Roblox account linking confirms the linked account identity; it does not prove authorship of a game.

03

Save and preview before submitting

Choose Save draft to keep your changes, or Save draft & continue to move to the next missing requirement. Saving does not submit or publish the profile.

In Preview, choose Save draft & preview, then check Desktop, Tablet and Phone. Open saved preview opens a larger private view. Check long descriptions, image crops and links.

Save before choosing Cancel if you want to keep your edits.

04

Request profile review

Complete the checklist, then use Review & submit on your profile and Submit for review in the editor. Follow any feedback and submit corrections when ready.

A new profile stays private until approved. For an approved profile, the last approved version remains public while changes are reviewed.

Verification means profile review. It is separate from skill assessments, account connections and completed-project reviews. It cannot be bought and does not guarantee a project outcome.

05

Connect your KW Studio assets

If you sell through KW Studio, open Assets in your profile editor. Add your seller-page link and request a seller connection for review.

After the connection is approved, submit individual products for review. Feature approved linked assets on your profile, then save and submit the profile changes for the usual review.

A seller connection does not automatically approve every product. The curated KW Studio catalogue links to the external marketplace; automatic catalogue synchronisation is still planned.

06

Manage uploads and storage

Check Storage for your account’s current allowance, upload limits and remaining space. Profile media, workspace files and sent message attachments use the shared allowance.

Remove a file from a saved project before removing its unused upload. Files still used by an approved profile stay protected until the profile change is approved. Private drafts and unused uploads do not become public just because you upload them.

Keep your own backup of important work. For private project attachments, see Messages, files & support.
