A.R.X. guides / 03
Post a listing & apply
Choose Hiring to find a creator, or For Hire to offer your services. Keep the brief, applications and accepted terms easy to follow.
01
Choose the right listing type
Open Post a listing from the header or Commissions page. Choose Hiring for a project looking for a creator, or For Hire to advertise services you offer.
Check the profile and eligibility requirements shown on the form. A regular account used only for Discord community setup does not automatically become an approved marketplace profile.
02
Write and submit a clear brief
Add a title, discipline, scope, payment arrangement, currency, budget and deadline where applicable. Use the guided prompts for deliverables, formats, references and what a successful result should include.
Choose Save draft to return later or Submit for review when ready. A listing appears publicly after approval. Keep private access details out of the public brief.
Your listings appear in My Work → Commissions. Open approved listings expire after 30 days unless their owner confirms availability; follow the availability action in My Work when it is due.
03
Apply with relevant evidence
Open a Hiring listing and read the scope, budget, terms and deadline. Eligible verified developer or studio accounts can apply while the listing is open.
Explain your approach, proposed quote and timing. Use the structured application fields and choose relevant portfolio evidence to show why your work fits this brief.
Revisit the application under My Work → Applications. You can withdraw a pending application. If applying is blocked, check your profile type, verification and the listing’s availability.
04
Review applications and agree on terms
As the listing owner, follow Review applications from My Work. Review the proposal, evidence, price and timeline, and clarify gaps before using Choose this developer.
In the assigned project, open Propose project terms. Record scope, deliverables, payment terms, deadline, included revisions, usage rights and cancellation terms, then choose Propose new agreement.
Both participants should review the same version and use Accept these exact terms. Check the acceptance count before starting work.
05
Deliver and continue in My Work
Direct quote requests and listing projects share My Work → Commissions. Origin labels explain how each started.
Once project terms are accepted, use the project’s delivery controls to submit a version, attach private uploads, leave feedback on that version and review completion. Use Post update for progress.
Changes to scope, price or deadline require a proposal accepted by both participants. See Manage your commission for the exact delivery and change controls.
A.R.X. does not collect or hold commission payments. Agree payment, cancellation and refund arrangements directly with the other participant.
